Nino opened his eyes slowly smiling as he realised that he was still snuggled tightly in Ohno’s arms his cheek pressed against his smooth tanned chest. He couldn’t understand what he was feeling for Ohno, his heart beat strangely against his ribs whenever Ohno told him he loved him and even when he looked into the lord’s face. He didn’t understand exactly what he was feeling but a small part of him hoped that it was love that he was feeling.

“Kazu your robe” Ohno said handing him his red and orange robe and Nino put it on quickly noting the strange amused look Masaki was giving him.

“What?” He said in a snapping voice and his cheeks flushing quickly

“Nothing… Nothing I just thought… You look… Happy…” Masaki said looking at Ohno who had pulled on his boxers and his shirt but it was still open showing off the perfectly formed chest. Nino looked at his face and caught Ohno watching him with a smile and happiness did wash over Nino and he nodded

“I am happy, Ma-chan…” He mumbled his blush increasing when Masaki gave a small laugh that stopped when he coughed again. “Calm down the doctor will be here soon…” Nino murmured patting his back quickly and Masaki breathed in deeply a few times before eventually calmed down. Nino took some of the fruit water and gave it to his brother repeatedly stroking at his back as he drank “Masaki… We’ll be moving in with Satoshi…”

“We… Will?” Masaki asked looking at Ohno over the top of his glass Nino followed his gaze happy when the lord gave him a smile and a nod. “Then you are getting… Married?”

“Yes…” Ohno said before Nino had chance to say anything “But first you are going to have to get better… I think the first thing is you should be examined by my family’s doctor and when you move in he will oversee your treatment I don’t trust the man you’re seeing…”

“Satoshi!” Nino grumbled but he couldn’t stop the grin that spread out over his face his heart singing with happiness now. The lord turned to him and gave a smile his gentle face lightning up and filling Nino with more confidence than he had felt since Masaki had been first diagnosed with the dust.

“What… Is it too soon?” Ohno asked in a blank voice as if he didn’t realise how forward he was being

“Just a little bit” Nino nodded holding up his finger and thumb to indicate a size which caused Ohno to laugh with a completely carefree attitude that Nino hadn’t seen before. It transformed his face making him seem younger and even more attractive.

“But we’ve been engaged since you were really little” The older lord said and Nino felt his insides wriggling around making him feel giddy

“Would you stop deciding things by yourself?” He said though he wouldn’t want to stop him really. It was nice to have somebody taking care of him

“Nii-chan… Wouldn’t… Decide by… Himself…” Masaki said with a laugh from the bed and Nino spun around to face the bed his hand flying to his hips a mock stern expression on his face.

“Are you turning on me too? After everything I’ve done for you” He said and Masaki just continued to grin happily his eyes going back to Ohno

“You can… take care… of my brother…” He gasped “He likes… to pretend that… he’s tough but he… needs to be looked after…”

“I’m tougher than you…” Nino mumbled squaring his shoulders

“That’s… nothing to…brag about… A fly is tougher… than me” Masaki pointed out and Nino laughed a little

“Well when you get better we can take care of him together” Ohno said holding Masaki’s hand and the younger Ninomiya nodded happily his eyes starting to close as the door beeped.

“That will be the doctor” Nino said tying the robe around his waist and going to answer it surprised to find Sakurai instead of the doctor. “My… Lord…” He said his voice trembling a little as his hand froze on the door handle “Our regular…I…”

“I don’t expect you to keep it now that you are engaged Lord Ninomiya…” Sakurai said walking past him and going into his room.

“My lord… Then…” Nino started not sure what he was asking, the curtain to Masaki’s bedroom was still open. Masaki and Ohno were still talking on the bed and Sakurai looked at them looking comfortable for a moment before turning to look at Nino again

“I’m sorry I… shouldn’t have come… I just wanted…” The lord sighed running his hands through his slightly greying hair. “I don’t know what I wanted… I guess I just wanted to see you again I shouldn’t have disturbed you… My lord Ohno…” Sakurai mumbled about to walk out again after giving a quick nod of the head to Ohno who returned it. Nino watched his retreating back before looking at Ohno. The tanned lord smiled nodding quickly and Nino mouthed a ‘thank-you’ before running after Sakurai calling his name and not caring that his was only wearing a thin cotton robe

“Lord… My lord Sakurai” He shouted and Sakurai turned to look at him a sad smile on his face. There was a few people milling around looking at them strangely and Nino guessed that it was because he was just wearing his robe. “I’m sorry… I’m sorry that I didn’t tell you who I was and…”

“I’m not bothered by that though I should apologise that I… Used you like that, congratulations on your engagement…” Sakurai mumbled his hand rubbing at the back of his neck. “Now I understand why you refused my offers… I hope you and Lord Ohno will be happy together… In another life perhaps we… But if you wish for help to reclaim what is left of your land… Please do not hesitate to ask…” The lord told him and Nino nodded

“Thank-you my lord… I think that I will take you up on that…”
