 So long story short, my laptop is broken. :( my nephew split a drink on it and now it loads a little and starts to smell and since I can't hope to afford a new one I won't be able to post for a while now if ever again cause yeah argh I'm ****ing pissed off

Dang girl! How horrible! Do you have a library near by? Do they have free internet use? I hate not hearing from you. Or maybe you have a phone or small gadget you use for social media? You don't happen to have insurance on your machine? I just read NOT to use rice on a laptop to dry it...I don't know why. Turn it over to dry out keyes by turning it over and if possible taking out the battery....depending on what type of machine. Sorry I can't be more help. Maybe your nephew....if he's old enough...can get out there and rake some lawns for money for a new one? Maybe you can get a used model on eBay or even a small gadget to tide you over?
