A/N: Prompt from the Arashi AU Anon meme: AU scenario: Nino comes from a rich family, so Jun kidnaps him for ransom. Nino flirts a lot. Jun is extremely doS (as usual.)

Nino and Matsu both stared at Mr Ninomiya, who just pulled a chair up to the bed and sat down staring at them his easy smile on his face

“I will need to know everything… And I mean everything about your father and why you killed him, but if you give me enough on your employer I swear you will be free and you and Kazu can keep up whatever relationship you have with mine and my wife’s blessing…”

“An-d wh-y… Wo-ul-d I… Do th-at?” Matsu asked slowly “An-d… Wh-y wo-ul-d yo-u?”

“Because I’ve watched you for a long time, Matsumoto-kun, and I know that you’re not a bad person, for whatever reason you fell into that situation, but you don’t really want to be there…”

“Ho-w do… Yo-u… kn-ow?” Mr Ninomiya pulled a phone out of his pocket and pressed play showing them a video of last night, Nino watched opened mouthed, it was after he had fallen to sleep next Matsu, the kidnapper had remained awake watching him his hand moving over face, there was no sound on the video but Nino saw that Matsu’s mouth was opening and closing  

“I thought that maybe you were just using Kazu, but judging from this that isn’t the case ne? If you don’t do this you won’t ever be together at least not freely… “

“Dad…” Nino said not liking the way his father was using him against Matsu, Matsu had tensed beside him and Nino was worried about the affect it was having on his lungs

“No… I… I’ll d-o… It” Matsu told them cutting over Nino, taking his hand, “I… Yo-u pro-mis-e Ka-zu wil-l be ok-ay”

“Of course, as long as he doesn’t refuse his body guard again” Mr Ninomiya said “When Kinta found out you were missing he insisted on coming back to find you… I’m pretty sure if you did refuse he would follow you around, we will also arrange for protection for you throughout the trail”

“The-n I’ll do…It” Matsu agreed slowly “Bu-t it… Will be… A lo-ng… Con-ver-sat-ion”

“That is why I’d like you to write it down” Mr Ninomiya said, “But for starters, the police need to know the location of the house Kazu was held in…”

“Okay” Matsu said with a nod, running his fingers reassuringly over Nino’s hand when he trembled, Nino’s father took out a note book, and pen putting them on the table beside the bed.

“Thank-you… Your first thought was Kazu, so thank-you…” he smiled when Matsu raised an eyebrow “Kazu mentioned something about a series of websites, which could come in handy…”

“of…cou-rse…I wo-n’t lea-ve… an-yt-in-g out…” Matsu told him writing down the address of the house in the woods and handing it to him. Mr Ninomiya gave a smile and a nod taking the address,

“Thank-you, Kazu I’ll see you later”

“Yeah… Mum?”

“She’ll be by later… There was something with the press… You coming home is a big deal”

“So… The pe-opl-e ... M-y bo-s-s…” Matsu gasped looking panicked

“You have been announced dead” Mr Ninomiya told him with a smile, “And you will stay that way until the trial”

“Th-an-k-yo-u…” Matsu said and Mr Ninomiya nodded,

“I should get this to the police, they have agreed to wait until this afternoon for the meeting” he said before leaving. Nino watched as Matsu wrote down what was pretty much his life story, starting with the attacks from his dad to meeting the boss, who Matsu wrote was called Umeda Akio. He talked about his first crimes of petty theft and breaking entry. At first he had never been near the boss, he just slipped un-noticed. The pen shook in his hand as he wrote about the death of his father, Mr Matsumoto had taunted him with details of his abuse a few members of the gang had been there including the boss and the bear. The night he had killed him the boss had called him into his office and made the agreement to be his lover. He detailed various acts of criminal activity that he was eye witness too including a detailed description of the plans behind Nino’s kidnap, the pen stopped and with a small sigh Matsu rested against the pillows.

“Are you okay?” Nino asked looking at his face and Matsu nodded

“Ye-ah…. I ju-st… I rea-lis-ed… I’m… a hor-rib-le…”

“You’re not, you’re wonderful” Nino mumbled kissing his cheek, “You know by doing this you get me”

“Wh-y do… You thi-nk I agr-eed?” Matsu asked flinching as he held his chest and then took the paper and pen again “Are you sure you’re okay with being with a kidnapper forever?”

“I’m okay with being with you forever,” Nino said grinning

“So do you still just ‘think’ you’re in love with me?”

“No, I know I’m in love with you… On the video… What were you saying?” Nino asked in a whisper and Matsu smiled closing his eyes “Tell me…”

“I’m meant to be resting, little prince…”

“Please, J, tell me” Nino begged knowing that he was being selfish but he really wanted to hear the words being said and Matsu smiled, looking at him he linked their fingers tightly

“I lo-ve… Yo-u” Matsu told him shakily, and Nino laughed pressing their lips together in a kiss

“Oh, I’m sorry” Mrs Ninomiya said half way through the door Nino licked his lips as they broke apart “I guess I should have knocked… I forgot my baby, was growing up”

“Mum!” He whined and she grinned coming further into the room, coming to the bed,

“It’s nice to see you awake, I’m Ninomiya Kazumi” she said to Matsu “Thank-you for looking after my son…” Nino tensed, his father knew about them but did his mum still believe the lie he had told her. Matsu looked just as unsure but he spoke up,

“I… Kid-nap-ed hi-m” He said slowly and she smiled

“But you still looked after him, Atsuya told me that you are going against your old gang, and you Kazu, told me that you were injured saving him… So thank-you” there was a lot of emotion in her voice and Matsu looked like he didn’t know how to respond, his cheeks went a faint red and Nino and his mother smiled “How are you both?” She asked. They spent the morning talking about anything other than the kidnapping, his father came by at some point and told them they had found the house and the body of the bear. Nino shivered automatically going to Matsu who put his arms around him. Mr Ninomiya picked up the papers Matsu had written his face going white as he read the first page

“He did this to you?”

“Yo-u th-in-k… I’m ly-ing?”

“No, but if I had known, to think I spoke with him and trusted him and all the time he was… I’m sorry”

“Yo-u… Di-dn’t kn-o-w” Matsu shrugged and then picked up his pen again “I didn’t tell you so you’d feel sorry for me, I just wanted you to know the truth, and you trust me with Kazu… I just wanted you to know I did what I had too”

“I understand, but let me say this, I don’t feel sorry for you, and you’re right I am trusting you with Kazu, we both are” Mr Ninomiya said motioning towards his wife who smiled

“I’m sure you can handle his temper tantrums” She laughed,

“Thanks for talking about me like I’m not here” Nino mumbled and everyone laughed stopping when Matsu clutched his chest “Are you okay?”

“I’m… Fi-ne… Li-tt-le… Pr-in-ce…” Matsu answered smiling at him, while Nino’s parents left discreetly.

“I love you, Master” Nino laughed his eyes flashing as he claimed his lips a in quick pecks.

“M-e… To-o” For the next few days their days were a blur of medical tests and police interviews, Nino had gotten over his shock but after a large donation from Nino’s family he was allowed to stay in the room with Matsu. He had been surprised to find that Matsu was two months younger than him, he had always thought he was older, as he was still a year under age the Ninomiya’s family was handling everything. It was two days before the law was being passed when Nino saw Matsu writing something

“Do you think your dad still has his camera set up?” he had recovered a little, in fact the doctor Yamapi was amazed at how quickly he was doing,

“Why?” Nino asked coming to his bed and kissing him.

“Because I want to do more than kiss you”

“You’re not meant to do anything to put strain of your lung” Nino grinned, glad that Matsu was nearly his normal self again.

“I won’t be doing any heavy breathing, little prince you will be” Matsu smiled suggestively and Nino was almost tempted but then he remembered the car, the way Matsu had slumped over, and the fear he had felt when he thought that he was going to lose him. The kidnapper saw the tremble of fear in his eyes and with surprising strength for a sick man he pulled him close. “I’m… Alive… Little... Prince” he told him gently

“J, I was so scared, I was terrified that you were going to die…” He whispered burying his face in the nook of his neck.

“Me… Too… In that… House… I was scared… I was… Going to lose… The most impo-rtant… the best… Part of… My li-fe…” Matsu whispered running his hand up and down his back and kissing his head. The held each other tightly through the night and the next day Nino’s father told them that they had made the arrest and soon the trial would start.
