"When we grow up we will get married, ne Matsumoto Jun opened his eyes slowly the dream still ringing in his ears, "Wow it's been a long time since I dreamt about that" He mumbled rubbing the sleep from his eyes as he looked down at the girly mag that had fell to the floor, picking it up he saw the reason for the dream smirking up at him. With a sigh he flipped the magazine shut and pushed it under the bed to join the raising collection. He groaned as his phone rang knowing it would be his manager giving him the run down of the days activaties. "Hai, moshi moshi" He said with forced brightness "Ah Matsumoto-san... Good morning..." Sure enough he managers voice floated into his ear, Matsu held back a sigh what was he expecting, there was no-way it would be him. Even if he hadn't changed his number in four years the only way he'd ring was to tell him to go to hell. 'Why did we make such a mess of things?' He asked himself not even half listening to his manager now, his heart ached painfully as he remembered it wasn't 'we' it was 'he', he'd made such a mess of things four years ago, there was no chance he'd ever forgive him. All the words he said, how many times had he wished them away? He wanted to wake up and find the last four years was a lie, that he would look across the street and see him writing messages on a sketch pad, or them ditching school to build forts in the woodland near their house or going to the arcade, challenging each other on mario. Closing his eyes he pictured his face as it had been then, the bratty smile on those lips, the glow of victory in his eyes. He couldn't understand how everyone thought he was better looking, everything about him was perfect, and so kissable. The face changed to the empty, half dead expression he'd seen as he'd spewed out the words he hadn't wanted to, his eyes filled with pain, and tears he'd never shed, instead he hissed out a few choice words of his own. Matsu was unable to suppress the low moan, having completely forgotten his manager, who reminded him of his presence by asking if he was okay. "I'm fine, just a little tired" He answered "I heard of your little run in with him last night... You two really are like chalk and cheese..." "Hmm, I guess..." Matsu agreed with a soft sigh as if that would ease his stinging heart. That wasn't true they were more a like than he wanted to admit. "Promise, we'll always be together.." Ninomiya Kazuari, moaned loudly, reaching to switch off the shrilly ringing alarm, that was slicing into his already aching head. Pushing himself up on the settee, he looked around the single messy apartment trying to piece together the events of last night. He had been at that studio and seen him, he'd said some unforgivable things, he seriously couldn't hold his tongue when he was near that guy. With another groan he dragged himself to the bathroom, wondering he was trying to purposely push everyone away or if it was just him. He showered and changed quickly, glad to wearing his own clothes instead of the expensive random stuff they made him wear. In his college uniform he looked like any other school kid, even his cute face wasn't that noticeable, he wasn't that well known yet. Not like he was. As he got onto the bus some of the kids seemed to faintly recognize him, but they were frowning not sure where they had seen him before, only the 6 year old seemed to get over excited shouting something about 'Dino ranger'. He gave the boy a quick smile and then looked out of the window again thinking about last night and the things he said, wondering, half heartedly, if there was anyway he, they, could work it out, knowing that was about as realistic as being able to fly. It was a sad thought given how close they were not so many years ago, now the rivalry was big news, though he was sure there was a rumour that they were secret lovers, Nino scoffed to himself there was no chance of that, at least not any more. He subconcously licked his lips thinking of the strawberry ice cream flavoured kiss they'd shared so many years ago. With a jolt he realised he'd almost missed his stop, 'damn it' he swore trying to push away thoughts of him. He wanted to move away, somewhere he wouldn't be, but that was impossible, he was tied to the agency, just the same as him, there was no way he'd get away, even if he moved to the furthest reaches of Japan they would see each other at some point. He walked slowly to his seat at the back of the classroom, he only really attended lessons when there was a break in his schedule, there was no way he could truly keep up but in his chaotic life he wanted some sense of normality so he kept coming to the school. The class had fallen into silence as he entered, no-one knew how to treat him, he wasn't just 'Nino' anymore, he hated it. He sat doodling on the front of his math book wondering what he was doing, he hadn't seen his shedule today, normally he would 'accidentally' see his shedule, sometimes it helped to think he was doing the same thing at a similar time even if they weren't talking. At least then he could pretend he hadn't left him alone.
