Nino was amazed by the harsh look that came into Ohno’s passive face as he turned to look at his replacement, he didn’t let go of him and his hand was gently stroking over his arm soothingly. The teacher had a sickly happy smile on his face and Nino shivered before he could stop himself. His first time with this man hadn’t been as bad as his second but now he was happy with Ohno,

“So you must be Ohno-sensei, we didn’t get to meet before you left the school…”

“Yes” Ohno agreed in a steady but almost harsh voice. “You are?”

“Oh, I’m sure little Yamada-kun has mentioned me”

“Sorry, I don’t know a Yamada…” Ohno said “If you a referring to Kazu, you are mistaken his name is Ohno Kazunari”

“Yes, of course… You are his ‘Guardian’…  So how much does he charge for exclusive service? Well I’m sure whatever it is, isn’t worth it… Couldn’t even get it up…”

“Excuse me, sensei but can you please explain what you are talking about? I think you’re mistaking something” Ohno said with that same calm voice that was about as pleasant as an edge of a knife.  The new teacher blinked as looked as if maybe that he had made a mistake, but then his eyes twisted again and he gave a scornful laugh that chilled Nino so much he shivered again.

“Please, don’t insult my intelligence we both know what he is as well as where we met him…”

“Kazunari-kun is one of my students I know where I met him, I have no interest in where you met him… Kazu, are you feeling well enough to move I’ll take you home and call for a doctor” Ohno said picking up Nino’s school jacket as Nino got shakily to his feet, his mind swam with a little dizziness but Ohno caught his arm and held him up. “Now if you’ll excuse me…” Ohno mumbled. The teacher blocked their path as they were about to leave his face clouded with ill-concealed anger.

“Aren’t you interested in what I have to say?”

“I have no interest in anything you have to say” Ohno confirmed with a nod, and for one wild second Nino was terrified that they were going to come to blows when the door opened and the nurse bustled back in.

“Tachibana-Sensei I see you’re back” She said to the teacher coldly before turning to Ohno and giving him a huge smile

“Ohno-sensei, it’s nice to see you again” She gushed and Nino felt his body relax as they walked out of the nurse’s station leaving Tachibana hissing after them.

“And you too Dani-Sensei” Ohno said flashing her a real sleepy smile “I’m going to take Ninomiya-kun home and call a doctor”

“I think that’s a good idea along with some bed rest and a few hot meals, though Ohno-kun assures me that you’re doing a good job… But a few of my apple pies and dango wouldn’t go amiss, if I may I can bring some around after school” She beamed and Nino wondered if this was what having a grandmother felt like, to his amazement Ohno agreed and even handed her the address of their apartment after making sure nobody was around. They walked out into the courtyard and Nino saw that Matsu was waiting for them resting against his car wearing a deep grey suit.

“Jun was with me when I got the call” Ohno told him with a murmur and Nino nodded half glad that he wouldn’t have to catch the bus or a taxi but half afraid that the lawyer would make some passing comment about him disturbing Ohno.

Matsu didn’t say anything though just gave him an almost smile as he unlocked the car “Hey brat” He said and Nino gave a nod getting into the backseat while Ohno talked about something with the nurse. He fastened his seatbelt resting his head against the cool black leather and closing his praying that this time there wouldn’t be any replaying of his memories. Luckily there wasn’t but when he woke up he was calling out for Ohno.

“I’m here, Kazu” He murmured stroking his hair lightly and blinking he looked around realising that they were pulling up outside the lawyers apartment block. Mutely he followed them inside and Mao made him a drink while Ohno explained what was going on to Matsu.

“Like I was telling you earlier… I want to help, but I can’t do anything without proof” Matsu said with a stubborn growl “I mean there’s Nino-kun’s testimony which is… Suspect at best and well we can’t use yours Satoshi…Because well that would hardly look favourable… A teacher taking care of a student with the parent’s permission is one thing but we don’t want anyone to dig too much into your relationship all there is now is speculation…”

“So you’re saying it’s useless?” Ohno asked and Matsu nodded looking at his wife who reluctantly nodded in agreement

“Without hard evidence yeah…” She said patting Ohno’s shoulder.

“What kind of hard evidence?” Nino asked slowly and Matsu gave a frustrated shrug,

“Maybe a tape recording of him… Coming on to you or saying things, it wouldn’t stand up in court but I could make that look impressive…”

“No” Ohno said quickly and Nino felt Ohno’s arms wrapped tightly around his waist and himself pulled towards his teachers chest, until they were so close that he could feel Ohno’s heartbeat against his back. “Kazu isn’t going anywhere near that man again, we can transfer him to another school I wanted to do that anyway… Kazu?”

Nino felt himself overwhelmed with emotions he could barely control, hot stinging tears filled his eyes and then rolled easily down his cheeks. Time and time again Ohno proved how much he loved him, but this time he couldn’t just run away. That guy was the type that wouldn’t stop just because he moved away, there were also all of the other students to think about, and it would be way too easy for that get to manipulate someone else. Also he felt that if he didn’t do this, the fantastic life he had with his wonderful lover would be ruined and he refused to let that happen.

“I’ll do whatever it takes” He said quickly, and he felt Ohno’s heart quicken against him.

“Kazu…” His husband said turning him around in his arms and Nino smiled looking into his eyes as he started to ramble at a rapid pace.

“Running away won’t solve anything… This proves that no matter what my past is going to keep coming back… Though I don’t think any of the others will be as bad as him… At least not in mentally torturing me should they spring up again… Even the one that shoplifted me wouldn’t be that bad…”

“Shoplifted?” Mao repeated and then her mouth dropped open as if realising what he was saying. Matsu’s lips had almost vanished he was that mad and a flash of pain crossed into Ohno’s face and Nino felt guilty but he was still determined. He would stick this out, go to college and become a music teacher and then he and his amazingly sexy, sleepy boyfriend will go back to the sleepy little town and grow into little old men together. But first he had to deal with this mess, mess that he had created.

“So what kind of things would you need?” He asked Matsu after stroking Ohno’s lips a few times.

“Well we would need things like him hitting on you, and suggestive comments… Anything about him paying you would be good but you can’t make it sound like an entrapment… It has to be natural…”

“That should be easy” Nino said thinking of all the things the teacher had already said

“I’m not happy about you doing this, Kazu” Ohno murmured and Nino nodded

“I know but I’m still doing it… I’m not letting this ruin us”
